Edit: I wrote my below review during COVID 2020 or 2021. How things have changed at this animal centre. How dare they call themselves doctors and nurses. I have a very similar story to the dog review below where the poor soul eventually passed away; however, I am hoping my cat pulls through……. I have been going to this place since 2020. I noticed the new one star reviews coming in over the past year - two years. The only vet my doggo loves to visit. The staff are very friendly and the care is first class. Dr Jenny is #1
Dr Jenny is a fantastic vet but after care is shocking. My dog has a medical condition and has regular blood tests. I have to play chase up 7 times before I get any results. New vet Dr Natalia gave me different findings to Dr Jenny on the phone. Seems to be very unorganised and over booked therefore missing things. As a nurse myself I understand blood results and Dr Natalia has no idea. If you are receiving blood test results make sure you check with an experienced vet and be ready to call for 7 weeks straight for the result... read more
