The only vet my doggo loves to visit. The staff are very friendly and the care is first class. Dr Jenny is #1
Dr Jenny is a fantastic vet but after care is shocking. My dog has a medical condition and has regular blood tests. I have to play chase up 7 times before I get any results. New vet Dr Natalia gave me different findings to Dr Jenny on the phone. Seems to be very unorganised and over booked therefore missing things. As a nurse myself I understand blood results and Dr Natalia has no idea. If you are receiving blood test results make sure you check with an experienced vet and be ready to call for 7 weeks straight for the result... read more
Our favourite vet, our cat gets the best care and everyone is always very friendly.
We had a great experience here! The staff were very attentive and Dr Natalia was very patient and thorough when looking over my cat and answering mine and my parents questions. She diagnosed both problems efficiently and gave us advice and medicine. Price for a consultation + antibiotics seemed quite reasonable as well in comparison to other vets we've visited.
