I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the recent visit for my dog’s desexing appointment. Before booking the appointment, I was informed—both verbally and in writing—that the expected cost for my dog (14kg) would be between $350–$400. I confirmed this amount multiple times and even signed paperwork reflecting this estimate when I dropped him off on the day of the procedure. The vets & nurses are Always polite and caring to yr pets needs,& they are also very informative about any issue weather large or minor, they Always keep u in the loop about everything.
Booked an appointment at Newbridge Animal Centre for my daughter’s dog to have his vaccination. Jenny the vet was ever so patient with the dog who is very scared of going to the vets. She didn’t rush him & allowed him his space whilst talking with me. Then when it was time to administer the vaccine she completed it quickly & with competency.
