My experience with Newberry Square has been exceptional. The apartments are nicely appointed and the building is well equipped with underground parking and a fitness center. The staff have been outstanding. Mary Tan has been extremely helpful whenever I have needed anything. If you do need maintenance done the staff is responsive and effective. Highly recommend this community for anyone who is looking for an apartment!
The management and facilities crew are always attentive and courteous to our needs and concerns. They are pleasant to talk to and considerate to my daughter and make time to ask how she is doing and chat with her which makes her feel appreciated. We love our apartment and the location to the park and ride. We’d recommend Newberry Square to anyone looking for a new place.
Very hard to say how good or bad a place is after only two days. So far everything seems to be fine. After several months, we found that many things that were touted we lacking. So much so that we broke our lease to get out of there.
Great staff, great location with some great homes :)
