Sounds like a fantastic community!
Do not move here. They do not perform routine maintenance and the residents have been without air conditioning in a 4 story building all summer. It is reading 95 degrees in my daughters apartment and while she is moving out tomorrow, there are many senior citizens who don't have that option and are stuck in the heat. The upper management team had residents in the building they weren't aware of when the person they had running the building skipped town. Terrible business conducted. Little to no organization.
If i could give this place NO stars i would! This place has no working elevators, broken wires, infestation, leaking and broken sinks! Drunks are allowed to come and destroy and piss whenever they like, maintenance nowhere to be found, owners don’t care about the heatwaves and freezing cold nights. This place needs to be shut down due to biohazard. Not worth any money!!
