Building infested with roaches!!!! Nothing gets fixed right away! Hallways smell like piss and animals! Don't waste your time or money!

On site management (Shawn) is great, whenever there is an issue in my apartment he fixes it as soon as possible. Much better in the past year than the year before. I feel safer (for my Mom) then I felt before, because on site manager banned the random bums that use to come in and linger around. I was going to move (my mother out) but when the new on site manager started it got much better. Shawn makes sure that the building is safe for everyone that lives in the building. Slumlords only interested in people's money! Nothing gets fixed, you either have to do it yourself! Building hasn't had heat in years! It's freezing cold right now and tenants are without heat currently! Elderly and young children live here! Building is infested with roaches and nothing is being done! building should be closed down and tenants should be relocated!
