At first glace the place looks great, esp in the apt books. Once you have lived there for a while this place is HORRIBLE. They claim they are re-model, but they were very CHEAP with the materials and didnt re-do everything, even though you pay more for it. Maintenance is horrible, it seems like every week something was tore up. The roof has leaked several times during a hard rain, and the bathroom is a joke. We moved from Elizabethtown because we truely thought this place was amazing. Little did we know that the ONLY reason they are particular about scheduling viewing appointments is to avoid the VERY loud train schedule which is directly feet away from the tracks & also the airline traffic is quite loud too...especially in the 12am-4am timeline. We have had constant air conditioning issues...our heat has yet to work....also there are roaches/water bugs & no pest control in any individual apartments. In short - its been a nightm... read more
