John has such a calming energy. Speaking with him is just like having a conversation with an old friend & feels so natural. I really appreciate not only his knowledge, but natural insight into human instinct and behavior.

I found Newberry Counseling about a year ago. I was struggling with grief from the death of my father. John is kind, compassionate and caring. He handed me the tissue box and held space for me as I healed and starting moving forward. I felt safe and respected. I would recommend him to anyone, he is not only a wonderful person but wonderful human.
