The NCA has an on-site manager and staff which are very quick to respond to the needs of residents. The management is very pro-active with regard to maintenance of the residences and grounds. The large community swimming pool is a real asset. Security is assured by a roving vehicular patrol by Neighborhood Watch, a sheriff's office deputy assigned as the Community Policing Officer, and road patrols from a state-of-the art Sheriff's Office substation only a mile or so away. best place to live! everything is taken care of FOR you in the condo fee and the fee isn't really that bad! if we were to pay for each individual thing that the condo does for us, then we would be paying at least double each month...
