Best urgent care experience in my life. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and punctual. Location was very clean and well kept. Wait time was extremely short, but there was also no one in the waiting room, which was just good timing. The owner was even there and checked on me, offered me a water or a coffee while i was waiting and filling out my paperwork. This experience ruined me for regular urgent cares.
They are offering unique services. Especially helpful that they accept Kaiser, now that Kaiser has closed their Tualatin Urgent Care.
if I could leave a zero star, I would I went in for workers comp claim Mind you I have already been to the urgent care multiple times for this injury. My left ear is ruptured and has proven to be by multiple doctors at the ER which mind you in ER is more equipped and they know more than an urgent care about the eardrum, so the ER check my left ear and says you have no eardrum in your left ear so we go to the urgent care and they check my ear and they say that they see Ear wax in my ear, and they only see the top of my eardru... read more
2 hour wait with two other people in the lobby. Terrible customer service.
