I came here for the Civil Surgeon, they scheduled me quickly, completed all the necessary forms on time, and made the process smooth. Thanks to their help, I now have my green card! Highly recommend! 👏🏼
I don’t even want to give this place 1 star!! Read the reviews….Make the drive to Sherwood. This place tried to screw us and take money for something they never did. They are not in network with insurances. They are in a college town with young adults that are learning how insurance works and they tell patients nothing about co pays or financials. I went it already knowing I had the flu the week prior, I know that I have a habit of getting bronchitis whenever I get super sick, and I know what I usually take. Well this was the first and last time I’ll ever go to this location, the only person who seemed like they knew anything was the nurse taking my vitals. I wish I had read the reviews for this place before I wasted 2 hours to be told that my hurt foot was just a minor sprain even though it is swollen and I can't put any weight on it. The physicians assistant was short with me when I tried to tell him my foot was swollen and there was a weird bump on the side of my foot that felt like. Bone. He basically said "well you have big legs (my interpretation is "your fat") so your feet are always swollen, which isn't true my feet are rarely swollen. Let me begin with if you have a medical issue you want addressed, I would NOT come here! When I arrived with my 92 year old Grand Father to get a UTI test done, we were met with a locked door and horrible customer service. A woman came to unlock the door, and before we could even enter the building she snapped at us asking what insurance we had, because they probably won't take it.
