Fast, polite and friendly staff and a great Doctor. In and out in 15 or 20 minutes!
Refused to see you unless you can pay right there, and I mean hand over cash or they will let you suffer - which is against the oath doctors take! The lady at the front doesn’t speak English and is extremely rude! The doctors are incompetent! Do not go here! Dirty place as well! This is why it’s empty all the time don’t go here!
Best urgent care experience in my life. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and punctual. Location was very clean and well kept. Wait time was extremely short, but there was also no one in the waiting room, which was just good timing. The owner was even there and checked on me, offered me a water or a coffee while i was waiting and filling out my paperwork. This experience ruined me for regular urgent cares.
They are offering unique services. Especially helpful that they accept Kaiser, now that Kaiser has closed their Tualatin Urgent Care.
