RATS RUINED MY STUFF. RENTERS BEWARE!! I have had a rental here for four years, always paid no problems until I went in the other day, and found my unit covered in rat pee and feces! I had 5 dead huge rats in there, and when I asked for them to handle it, I was told, "Oh well, you should have insurance it's not our problem.
