Newberg Ford always has great service. They were able to work with my 3rd party auto warranty policy. They call me back.
Always good. Did not, however appreciate post cards that stated I needed new tires and brake work based on inspection at my last visit. The tires on my Mercury are new, with just 8k miles. If you spotted a brake problem at my last visit, you should tell me then(!) not in a post card several weeks later. (Kind of a safety issue, don't you think?)
Dillon was very knowledgeable in what vehicle we bought and wasn't pushy. .... We were extremely happy in that everything went real quick, from the time we got there to the time we drove off with our new car.
