Excellent caring clinic.
Exceptional in all areas - from the interaction with the receptionist to the consultation with the doctor.
I was originally referred to Newbay by my sister-in-law who works in the medical field and I knew I was in safe hands as soon as I walked in for my first visit. The staff are fantastic, so warm and welcoming. I have seen Dr Marcus del Rio, Dr Nick Yang and Dr Prachi Dadheech in my time visiting Newbay and all have been super accomodating, engaging and extremely helpful with any issues I have gone to them with. I would highly recommend this clinic. They will now be my long term source of medical assistance.
