I called the office yesterday & they were closed so I left a message. My call was returned within a hour, they were willing to come in and fix my problem that day. I elected to go in the next morning. Had to have two cracked teeth pulled as you cannot fix them. Dr Ross & his staff were awesome...so gentle!!

The staff at Newaygo Family Dentistry has been wonderful! After not being seen for around 4 years, I was a bit nervous and our family has been through a lot. I was quite nervous going into my appt but the staff made me feel very comfortable without me even having to express my anxiety. They did measurements on my mouth that I've NEVER had done before, and Dr. Ross has great chairside manor.
