UPDATE: Unfortunately, Neway Pools ran into some difficulties completing my pool project. Most notably, the pool decking completion was delayed. I fully understand that issues occur during a construction project; however, the number of times I was informed that the pavers were fixed when they were not makes it necessary for me to change my 5 star rating to a 4 star rating. I couldn’t be happier with Neway Pools. Josh, the sales rep I dealt with, was simply outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and stayed in contact while I worked through exactly what I wanted. Working with Josh from the start of this process made me confident that I selected the right company to build my pool. Tamara continued the trend of providing outstanding service. Groundbreaking of the pool was on February 2nd. 6 months later and we are still dealing with issues regarding the pool. Lots of false promises and wrong information from the salesperson. He was let go in the meantime from what I heard. Damaging to the business I guess. The pool was finally done in late April. In May our house started flooding whenever it rained. It wasn't the pool overflowing; it was the lack of a drainage system that should have been put in. Our yard is weirdly shaped. Building the pool created a little gra... read more

What a GREAT experience! Brandon and Caleb were awesome to work with. I was always informed and included on everything happening. The crews they had were professional and effeceint. I would recommend having them installing your pool.
