The floors are cracked I've been told corporate won't fix AC that's why the surgical floor 2 east has to keep fans in the rooms the fans don't even rotate. Walks in patients rooms are dirty there's dust every. The janitor swept around us nor asking us to move never mopped or attempted to dust.
Most times tales forever to be seen after getting in a room short staffed most times would definitely rather go somewhere else although staff is nice
I have been there several time, my Family and I are always treated with respect and taken care of. All the negative reviews make me sad because the doctors and nurses do a great job. If you don’t like Newark you better never go to string or RRH in Irondiqoit. That is awful. At least Newark you get a room and not out in the hall. Newark would be my first choice ED.
The ER : IAlmost died once in ER IN 2017 when the abandoned me while bleeding to death in a room, luckily a family member showed up and got them to serve me.
