Recommendedclean, well maintained, friendly and cheaper than other market comparable rentals. Yes this is a very nice place but parking is a huge problem, the management will not and can not assign parking. I was almost in a physical altercation over parking, so yes it gets really bad and totally full at times. — at Newark Village Square.
When I first moved in they said we would have someone enter our apartment for inspection every 3 months, which is absolutely fine. But were about 7 months into our lease and they've already entered our house at least 8 times. There are an incredible amount of bugs and little to no parking. These apartments are expensive and honestly not worth the time. They are extremely petty (things like having to pour water over dogs pee to not stain the grass) and quite frankly I regret signing the lease. do not recommend.
