RecommendedHonestly, I’ve never been here but it sounds like the staff here are very wonderful and caring people, and I don’t think it’s fair that one irresponsible pet owner can post uneducated and misleading information on social media to bash this place, so I’m doing my good deed and recommending this place.
Dr. Houser & her entire staff have always been 100% professional, friendly, & so so helpful. From day one, I’ve felt like they truly care about my fur babies - they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule, my animals’ needs, and answering ALL my questions. I don’t even live in Newark anymore, and I am happy to make the 45minute drive to take my animals here. It’s Daisy’s favorite place to go now because everyone is so friendly and happy to see her 😄
