Dr. Houser and her staff are fantastic! We are so impressed with their knowledge, compassion, and down to earth manner with our pets and with us. They truly do care about the pets they treat. I highly recommend this office.
Dr.Houser is a fantastic vet. She is so knowledgeable and is so gentle with my cat. I love her low key approach and support in dealing with behavioral issues. Several months ago, Dr.Houser did a dental on my cat. He tolerated it very well. The facilities are very nice. as a senior, I appreciate the flat and very ample parking lot.
We highly recommend Dr. Jodi. Not only is she our vet., she's also our neighbor. Jodi and her staff are knowledgeable and thorough. But even more, they all CARE about my pets! To me, that means the world. I want a Vet. and a vet's office, that treats my pets like they treat their own. Make no mistake, THIS is the Vet. you want in Newark, Ohio!
I want to thank everyone who helped Moose today. When we brought him in this morning we truly thought today would be his last. Yet here he is, curled up in front of the fire, at HOME! This is the only vet I will use for my animals. Have tried many others in town and have never found a more caring vet and staff. NVH is the place and I tell everyone I know to call Dr.Jodi Houser. God bless her and her staff.
