Dr. O'Brien is the best! I feel fortunate to have found Newark Valley Animal Hospital. She even reached out to me on a holiday (Christmas!) to check on my puppy - I can't imagine getting that kind of service from anyone else. I have always been able to get appointment times that work for me and her staff is also kind and caring. Our Dachshunds (and Frosty the Collie) 'thank you for taking great care of us' :)
Took my dog in for a ear infection and a rabies shot. $800 later. Upon returning home, and researching the 6 medications, I found out that I could have purchased 5 OF THEM over the counter for under $15 TOTAL. I honestly feel violated. One of them cost 2.44 at Petsmart...she charged me $97.
I took my animals to Karen for many years while living in NV. We had some interesting issues come up from lead poisoning in a cat to another cat that had to have a feeding tube placed. I loved Karen's relaxed nature. She always put me at ease while providing excellent care for our animals.
Thank you so much for the beautiful card for our Sammy. He is greatly missed.
Great staff, and Karen is just awesome. Always has time to chat with you about any concern , or music etc etc.
