We took r car in and paid $800 for them to fix it. THEY MADE IT EORSE. Now they want us to trust them again????? NEVER. this car is only 4 years old and runs like a lemon. They want more $$to do nothing again,!!!!!

I am very happy with the 2025 Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid I purchased from Jaffarian recently. I get 50% more mileage per gallon of gas than my 2012 Toyota RAV 4 gasoline run car that I traded in. Jay Dwyer was outstanding. He helped me by providing different options, explaining the pro's and con's of each option so I could easily make a decision on which car to buy. Everything was excellent and I am very happy
We had a car in the was in an accident. It was not drivable. The biggest issues were: 1. Lack of communication on when things would get done or when things have gotten done. I wouldn't get calls back on the estimates that were sent to insurance or communication on what was happening. Terrible service 2. Overpromised and underdelivered. Same as #1.
