Change the dying light bulbs on the storage sheds. They’re flashing so bright every single night and it is lighting my house up like a rave. I’ve called multiple times to ask atp.
The 24 hour access is great but I’m having trouble accessing my individual storage unit. It’s confusing including the office hours. When I bring up the website on Google it says they won’t be open-the office-until Monday@9am. Their website says the office is open daily from 9am-5pm. Their chatbot also says they’re open daily from 9am-5pm. Normally this wouldn’t present itself as a problem however I need to access my storage unit-they advertise 24 hour access!-but when I’m unable to get into my storage unit but the gate opens... read more
