I’ve seen Monica twice for a prenatal massage and twice postpartum. Every time I leave I feel refreshed and amazing. Before your massage she will meet with you to address and specific area of concern, and then tailor the massage to those concerns. Monica is amazing!!!
Went to see Monica when I was 29 weeks pregnant. This massage was everything I needed! She is truly gifted! She is very intuitive to your needs and makes you feel comfortable. She makes you confident that you can speak up if something needs adjusted. The pregnancy pillows and comfort levels that she has for mamas in their 3rd trimester are the best, everything was perfect.
This review is long overdue, but here goes! I am so thankful and grateful to have met someone as amazing as Monica during my pregnancy journey. Her prenatal yoga classes are just wonderful and will leave you feeling stronger physically and mentally. If that wasn’t enough, her prenatal (and postpartum!) massage is another ballgame altogether - I can confidently say it’s the best massage I’ve ever had, and one I desperately needed with all my pregnancy aches and pains. I had an amazing prenatal massage with Monica. The space is cozy and serene. The set up with support cushions was way more comfortable than I had even imagined. It really felt like Monica was intentional and present and I so much appreciated how she took the time to guide me to slow down, relax, and ground myself at the beginning of the massage. 10/10 recommend and don’t wait to make to your booking!
