My wife took it in for a problem with the car shutting down. They told us that we needed to put over $2000 into fixing the problem and even then it may not be fixed! WHAT? Either you can fix the car or you don't know what is wrong with it, it is one or the other. The Jeep went in having a problem with it occasionally shutting down. the service department practices unethical service methods, doesnt follow customer instructions or requests,and is untrustworthy. I have been trying to get a problem resolved with an issue that started on January 5th of this year. We had only asked thenm to perform a diagnostics check on my van. In addition to doing this, they performed a 23 point check(we didnt ask for this)when the rep from the service department(Anthony) called us back, he said the diagnostics found an evac leak. then continued to say that upon doing the ... read more
