I handle all of my aunt's mail for almost a year now and just got a notice from a agency for a past due amount that Newark sent to them for collection. We never got a bill from Newark Health. Now, I will probably have to spend an hour on the phone trying to get connected to billing.
RecommendedI work here. Yes, we get stretched thin at times but I have never been in a work environment that has been more caring and dedicated. I can say that I have done corporate work with Johnson & Johnson but I never have seen the dedication from the employees at this Clinic that I saw in the Corporate World. Every individual at this Clinic is very dedicated & only wants the best for each patient that has an experience here. Horrible service and unprofessional as any place I've ever been to. Still waiting on test results done 2 weeks ago for very serious symptoms. Don't even try getting in touch with an actual person unless you call the main AHS line and badger the operator to connect you to a person. This place has been stretched beyond its ability to operate safely and nobody internally gives a damn. You'd be better off just self-medicating and taking your chances.
