Purchased prepare kimchi for kimchi soup. Find out cabage is cover by black dots and it looks scary & disgusting. I took it back for their help. She used inappropriate language, yelled at me not to talk, she mentioned she is not there to help, and not treated me like a human being. I have no idea why I was treated that way. I would never trust them with the service, never recommend the place, never go back there AGAIN.

If you want respectful costumer service, to you AND your children, DO NOT come here. Apparently kids should be leashed or at least stuck to your side. If not, you are asked to "control" your children, then followed around by a security guard, like you are some sort of criminal. My children (all 3)are very young, and I was alone with them. They aren't perfect, but they were far from out of control. I'm very upset. Instead of offering some kind of help, my self esteem was shot as a parent, and I felt terrible. They are exceptional and will save you money compared to any Acme or supermarket chain. Go there on a week day where it is easier to shop and maneuver the isles. My wallet loves this place.
Purchased 1/2 doz. tomatoes on 2/25/2014 and by Saturday 2 were spoiled. Took the spoiled tomatoes back to the store and the manager pointed to the bottom of receipt about returns. Any smart person knows that tomatoes do not spoil in 23 hours. I left him the tomatoes. The public relations in that place is ridiculous. Most establishments stand by their products, but not this one. Stay clear of produce because IT IS NOT FRESH!
