My wife likes him and He's a good dentist,but I do not Dentist very well because I don't like pain or High cost Dr appts.
This dentist richard ruff has banned me from getting dental treatment with newark family dentistry for apparently no call no show over 16yrs ago...it's terrible to be treated this way when you were young and dumb.
I've hated going to the dentist since I was a child due to the metal picks used for teeth cleaning. I found Dr Richard Ruff around 2012 and they use water picks! He's been the absolute best when it comes to cleaning and extractions for me, and the staff is exceptional. He actually removed my bottom right wisdom tooth today. Thank you so much. 🫂
Dr. Ruff is amazing! Hes not a talker (doesn't bother me) but he is very very good at his job. Dr. Urbanik and is great as well.
The receptionist were very polite got me in the next day. They also laughed with me when I misunderstood about calling when I get there and not when I'm leaving my work 🤣. Dr. Urbanek was who I seen 1st, he was outstanding, explained everything & helped me till I could be seen again. His assistant, not sure of her name but she was outgoing, very good with the public and professional. Had to come back for extraction on a Thursday called Monday asked if I could get in on Wednesday instead, & they were able to switch it. Seen ... read more
