The wait here is ridiculous been here since 8am before doors opened for vaccinations it’s now 10:30am I’m still waiting & I’m #4 on list smfh they don’t even deserve 1 star but I had to give in order to post my review

My people my people......or are you my people because WHOMEVER is answering calls at the switch board:speaks w an accent, has poor Grammer skills & customer service skills. Please can tge mayor's office do something about this! These YOUNG WONEN ARE SERIOSLY & EGREGIOUSLY UNTRAINED. PLEASE GIVE THEM SOME TRAINING OR REMOVE THEM FRON POSITIONS OF OU LIC SERVICE!

People treat you very badly. My aunt was there since 5am to enter. We were dying of cold and since she lives with us, the lady tells us that the five of us cannot enter, meaning my cousins, my aunt, me and my mother. And besides, the guard threw everything on the floor. The man who checks your bag tells me "you better pay attention, woman, because that's what's missing."

Sat on hold trying to reach the vital statistics office for over an hour and a half with no one picking up the phone. I reached the state vital statistics office to correct my issue within 10 minutes of an email.

Doctor are treating patients with out having test results on hands and when asked why they don't have an answer they are telling patients they have an infection with out any results On hands and when asked why they are being treated they just don't have an answer. Patient are being diagnosed with out proper documents on hands to tell them if so patient needs treatments or not. I won't even give them a star.
