I really wish I could give a favorable review for this local business. I had so much faith that my grandaughter's broken Canon Powershot could be repaired. I was promised this was doable, though parts were difficult to get due to the pandemic supply chain issue. Won't get into boring details, but let me just say that there were several challenges along the way. A great resource The Newark Camera shop is a well kept secret in town. I needed a bulb for my parents' old movie projector - they had it. We had so much fun watching the home movies from when we were kids. They also rent equipment like projectors. Friendly, helpful employees too!
RecommendedMike and everyone else at the shop was so helpful in recovering very important files I thought I had lost. When I didn't understand something, they explained it patiently, gave me some helpful advice, and taught me some good lessons to take with me to my next session. Definitely will return if I ever run into another problem again. Thank you so much!
