The miscommunication of this clinic is very real, and the attitude of some of the staff is unprofessional. When you're telling a patient life changing news, show some compassion every heart patient is fully aware of the seriousness of their condition. Nurse Practioner McCall should learn to speak to people, with a better bedside manner, instead of at them. I chose to ignore some of the reviews I've read about this hospital over all. This the worst hospital ever. The heart transplant team and the hospital were negligent in my mother’s care resulting in her death. They need to be held accountable. They are incompetent and should not be over anyone else’s care.
