Service technician should up within a hour of receiving my call. Upon arrival Lucas was able to find the issue withing a few minutes. Was able to get our walk-in cooler fixed within in 1 hour.
Two positives: First, when I needed fast service, they were here within 2 hours. Second, the technician crew that arrived were very personable and transparent. Nothing shady or suspicious. Negatives: Call taker didn’t really explain the process once I gave my information, just that they would send the message out. Next thing I knew within 30 minutes I received a text message saying that an appointment was scheduled.
