Ty was amazing. They’ve trouble shot my ice maker for 2 days till it worked. Very professional and timely. Definitely recommend.
Ty & Brandon quickly came out and fixed our AC unit! Great communication and did great with all the dogs around 😆
Ty from Newair was on time and thoroughly tested systems to determine the cause of our AC issues. Bad blower motor. And not just any motor- a variable speed DC motor! He had to drive to the supplier to obtain a return to install. Inspected all other systems and performed full maintenance. Very knowledgeable and customer friendly! Highly recommend!
