As other reviewers have indicated, Kathy is one of the best. She is a delight to work with and very professional. There were some hiccups along the way, but with most companies transitioning to newer mandated refrigerants, I kind of expected it. I originally wanted a 410a unit, but it became unavailable. Kathy worked diligently to provide me with plenty of options. The R32 system I chose to purchase was $500 more and was a better upgrade in my opinion.
