Recently bought a new AC unit and we were very pleased with the entire process. Saving money was of course a high priority and we accomplished that. At the same time the installation was done quickly and efficiently and everybody involved in the process were helpful.
We bought an AC when they said they had a 50% off. First of all, We don't feel it was truly that much off. After the sale I was advised to ask the salesman about it, which I did. He got very offended & snippy with me, which I found odd, since I wasn't being accusatory. They also said their prices were transparent, so....After the installation, it was one problem after another. The guy who came out to give a quote for a new air conditioner was rude and pushy. Gave a super high quote. I told him I was going to check around. He would call and give me a hard time. Needless to say we went with someone else who was more than half the quote Precision gave us.
