Staff are wonderful support 24/7 by my emails in family support during grandparent concerns . As I am unable to discuss anything by phone as the 3 adults I live with are either emotionally verbal or physically abusive towards me and blame me for all the problems. They always respond asap even though there is no online services user friendly when I cannot talk. If I am in danger I cannot talk or provoke the situation by ringing anyone.
