This place is a complete joke, and I will file a complaints with everyone including my insurance company. I had a broken tooth on Dec 29. They were kind enough to get me in on Saturday Dec 30 for a partial cleaning because I would for sure be able to see a dentist. I needed a root canal and waited another week for the appt on Jan 6. On Jan 5 they called me saying that Shauna called in sick and needed to re schedule me. I said I thought I was scheduled for a root canal. After going round and round, they kept my appointment. Terrible. Worst dentist experience of my life. Equipment wasnt working, employees arguing. Save yourself the hassle
Do not come here!! They do not care about your teeth they only care about your money. Every day in morning huddle they talk about how to get the most money out of each patient. They wanted to drill two holes in my 8 year old little brother's head when he didn't have any cavities because they only care about money.
I am extremely happy with the care I receive. Very friendly, clean and taken care of in a timely manner.
I have had great experiences up until today, however they falsely told me I had a large credit. They decided to look over my account and realized the credit wasn't accurate, and of course they realized it when I came in for a decent amount of work. Not a bad office, just be sure you get all your records and keep track of everything.
I loved this place! I have anxiety and they all were vey supportive and nice. They made a treatment plan. And absolutely treated me amazing!!!! I am telling everyone who has fears or any nervousness about dentist to check them out. Clean , professional and above all down to earth, funny, easy going !!! My lady
Don't bother trying to get help with a toothache on a Saturday called at 9am they told me they would check my insurance and call me back i tried to call several times to reach them left voice mail no return call. They finally answered at 2pm to tell me there was nothing they coukd do for me until Monday yikes :( Could have looked else where now everyone else is closed too. :(
This place is a joke. Went in as advertised to get dental implants and was told that they won't do anything because my bottom teeth are in bad shape. Which I am getting taken care of over the year . on top of that they said I would have to have 20k worth of work done. Its false advertisement that you can get a good smile for 1800. That's all I went there for and if I am paying cash for the services I shouldn't be told that u won't do anything or that more work needs to be done to be able to get that service.
