Called the flint office on Miller road to speak with the owner jane in the middle of what I was saying taylor hung up on me I called 20 times no answer Amanda I guess the manager emailed me and said that was harassment no it's harassment when I went to my appointment and no one called me to tell me it was canceled so unprofessional I just want the owner hear the voice mail that they left me WOW
ended. The front desk manager Amanda,was organized and efficient. From reminder text, to pleasant customer service, she was on top of her job. The entire office was clean and organized. The back staff as a whole worked in harmony. Our dental hygienist Star provided the most comfortable cleaning I ever had. She is exceptionally light handed and meticulous. If you’re looking for an extremely clean dental office, give them a call
If there was 0 stars that what I would give. My dental nightmare started when I went to New You Dental for a new upper porcelain bridge in 2016. I was put through extreme pain & stress during the whole time. I had a bridge & root canals done years ago, so he had no other work to do but clean my teeth around, take the impression and make the new bridge. Dr.Grim did an amazing job! Never left a dentist happy till now. I had such bad tooth pain I couldn’t eat or sleep I called them first thing in the morning and they got me right in and hour later and fixed the problem immediately truly blessed to have come across them and no longer in tooth pain.
went in for a 6 month follow up cleaning. Somehow 6 months ago they "missed" 2 cavities and the fact that I needed 4 caps. Yes 4. At a price tag of $7500 (no insurance) adjusted to $4400 due to no insurance. Thought it was kind of strange, so I did a second opinion with another dentist. Took the printout of what the requirements for repair to my teeth were from New You. SO friendly. I was upset about having to find a new dentists office when my insurance changed, but DEFINITELY was not disappointed by either the hygienist or the dentist! so friendly.
