went in for a 6 month follow up cleaning. Somehow 6 months ago they "missed" 2 cavities and the fact that I needed 4 caps. Yes 4. At a price tag of $7500 (no insurance) adjusted to $4400 due to no insurance. Thought it was kind of strange, so I did a second opinion with another dentist. Took the printout of what the requirements for repair to my teeth were from New You. This place is a complete joke, and I will file a complaints with everyone including my insurance company. I had a broken tooth on Dec 29. They were kind enough to get me in on Saturday Dec 30 for a partial cleaning because I would for sure be able to see a dentist. I needed a root canal and waited another week for the appt on Jan 6. Terrible. Worst dentist experience of my life. Equipment wasnt working, employees arguing. Save yourself the hassle
Do not come here!! They do not care about your teeth they only care about your money. Every day in morning huddle they talk about how to get the most money out of each patient. They wanted to drill two holes in my 8 year old little brother's head when he didn't have any cavities because they only care about money.
I am extremely happy with the care I receive. Very friendly, clean and taken care of in a timely manner.
I have had great experiences up until today, however they falsely told me I had a large credit. They decided to look over my account and realized the credit wasn't accurate, and of course they realized it when I came in for a decent amount of work. Not a bad office, just be sure you get all your records and keep track of everything.
