Had a 10:00 am appointment. Arrived at 9:50, waited until 10:15. Doors locked, lights out, nobody there. Guess an appointment doesn't mean a thing. Will not be back.
The first time I went, I was quickly helped by a woman named Amanda. The second time I was not greeted after 20 minutes I left. The only girl who wasn't with a client the day I was IGNORED was having takeout. Very unprofessional to eat in a salon Especially in the front and incredibly RUDE to ignore a walk-in. Even something along the lines of we can't take you right now come again could have kept me going to this salon
