Service was slow even though restaurant wasn't busy. My Sazerac was barely recognizable as the cocktail by that name as served in NOLA. The Rocky Mountain trout was unremarkable and topped with a surfeit of almonds and shoestring french fries that only detracted from the presentation.

This was once my favorite fine dining restaurant in SLC. The quality of the food, and the presentation was very disappointing. This restaurant has lost it's class and is not worth the $$$.

Food was great, but service too slow. We felt forgotten for a while... luckily we spoke to Kara the manager, and she took care of us, and our food came out faster... great food, wine and dessert. Hopefully service will be better next time.
