Good place to go
Nice old building
This place is super cool. There's a ton of different food vendors as well as office spaces with different businesses. Ended up here for a flash tattoo event. Definitely coming back.
For visitors - a wonderful experience, beautiful spaces, and a meticulously restored interior. For potential tenants - the leasing process was incredibly misleading. Important costs like utilities (about $100/month) and a “total due at signing” nearly four times the advertised deposit were never disclosed on the website or over the phone. What’s advertised is not what’s in the lease.
