I have very painful legs, and always short of breath. Unfortunately I can't get inside the building. I can't walk up the stairs and 4 stack long ramp is worse. I hope one day they will knock down the huge ramp and replace it with a lift so I can go back. I miss the doctors and staff.
Dr Elsagga is thee most caring Doctor I’ve ever had. He’s remembered me and my issues since the day I met him (I’m not a “number” with him). He’s patient, kind, smart (been referred to by other Doctors as a “genius”). Truly genuine. The staff at NY Vascular is amazingly kind, friendly, and works quickly to help, rarely a wait time from them or Dr Elsagga. I walk out of there feeling like I just left a place of people that genuinely care about me and are going to do everything in their ability to help me. God bless them all.
From the minute you arrive until the time you leave, you are surrounded by a staff who is caring, friendly and patient!
I was visiting here with my Mother in law to see MD. His staff was very nice but one of his staff Stand out I believe her name is Soy . She had the brightest smile and incredible positive attitude. My mother in law was having a challenging morning but Soy made her smile . I definitely recommend this place.
