RecommendedMy son has been coming to New York Therapy Services for the past year. He was born with torticollis and was slightly delayed in his milestones as a result. His therapist Laura is absolutely wonderful! She is so good with him and he has a very good relationship with her. My son is progressing very well and is almost caught up to his age matched peers. I am so thankful and appreciative of Laura’s hard work. The front desk is always very pleasant and helpful with any questions I may have.
Every time I receive the notices about an upcoming seminar/workshop I can never print it. If I click the register link in hopes of getting a detailed page that I can print out, that's not the case. You should have the notice in pamphlet form so it can be printed and posted on bulletin boards for students, faculty, and visitors. An upcoming workshop that I would like to post is the one that is being held by one of our graduates, Ms. Karem Isaacs in January.
Every therapist was wonderful there. My son worked with many of them, due to make up sessions. NYT was always accommodating when we missed a session. So happy we chose there!!! Thanks for all you did for TJ!!!!
My 6 month old daughter had her evaluation yesterday for physical therapy for her Torticollis I was worried at first that she was going to hate and scream and cry the whole time but they were very gentle with her and made it all fun for her. I am so glad we choose this place for her PT everyone there was caring and helpful
Look elsewhere... that is all. We made concerns known about communication (or lack there of) and disorganization and they literally dumped us from their service today. We loved our therapists and that's what kept us there but we clearly aren't wanted so we will happily take our child elsewhere.
