New York Textiles hung my drapes, which cost many thousands of dollars and their work was abysmal. They returned 3 TIMES and there are still multiple problems, - I have holes, anchors and damaged paint on my walls because they hung the drapes too low and had to come back and raise the rods. - I have two windows of the same size with a chest "centered" between the windows. Therese and the entire team at NYT were a pleasure to work with. We were looking for something stylish and functional at a reasonable cost, that would provide a bit of privacy for our open concept layout, including 5 living room windows and patio slider. The New York Textiles team walked us thru the options and delivered exactly what we needed. Quotes and Installation were on-time and as promised. Highly recommend!
