Absolutely awful customer service over the phone. Extremely condescending, rude, and interrupted me every time I spoke. Also could not grasp the situation whatsoever and gave me no help other than a number and said "it's up to you to figure it out"

I'M AT SHORE WIND NURSING AND REHAB CENTERS AND I'M BEING SUBJECT TOO HAVING TO LAY IN SOILED DEPENDS DO TOO HAVING ONE TECH AT NIGHT EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW I'M A TWO PERSON ASSIST AND I'M CONTINUE TO GET COLD FOOD TOO EAT BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER AND NOT BEING BROUGHT UP HOT FOOD SO I DON'T EAT THIS IS HAPPENING EVERYDAY AND I'M SICK AND TIRED OF THIS THEY TREAT US LIKE ANIMALS AND THEY CLAIMED TO HELP PATIENTS GET WELL AND THEY DON'T THE OWNERS JUST WANT TOO GET PAID FOR THE YOUNG ROOM MATE THATS
