The words I have for this company I cannot begin to describe! This is the worst electric company in the Americas. They have taken so much advantage of me and I cannot begin to express how disappointed and disgruntled I am with them! They keep raising the bills higher and higher then say its state thats raising. If I could leave a zero I would. First there billing department is a joke. They will wait 3 months then bill you for all 3 months. They will bill you whatever they want then later adjust it and bill you more. They will say they didn't get payment and they definitely did. How long do we have to suffer under nysegs bad buisness strategies. Not like I can go somewhere else. Your monopoly has us in lockdown.
