Absolute worst billing practices of any company I've ever had to deal with, ever. Spend atleast 30m a month dealing with threats and errors due to their horrendous and error laiden bills. If you have other option, consider them. I am considering solar for my situation.

They are terrible, horrible customer service.
minus one star for a total of zero stars, price gouging garbage can of a company. Quadruples charges for 2 months, double charges for bills and then offers zero assistance or explanation. It's Pay us or we'll disconnect you. Well, I guess it's time someone disconnected them.
