Will keep you on hold forever only to hang up on you multiple times. It seems they don't want anyone to actually pay their bill, just so they can take out the maximum consequences on them. They don't care about you at all, just the money their grubby little hands can get. Of course they don't want you to keep your electric on, they charge a FEE to turn it back. we've had nothin but problems with these people we haven't gotten any bills for a long time I've talked to them about it several times and they keep sayin the same thing we're not the only ones that have had problems either they're the worst company ever and I really want to change they shut off our service and I have a nebulizer for asthma we didn't even get a notice
This place/company needs to be shutdown and they need to start a new HONEST service/company WORST customer service and they play with people services and change meters to steal more money from people. I moved into a new place set up an appointment a whole week prior to that to do a name change and apparently they needed to come to the place TODAY and never showed up, not only that but they hang up or dont pick up calls after 12pm to not have to do anything I,ve been calling since 1pm nothing yet is so so awful i dont know ho... read more
Customer service sucks. I’ve called about 40 times and get no where. They stated are coming today to set up and transfer my services and no one came and they close at 3. WORST COMPANY EVER. We need a new electric and gas company for real! Can’t even get through customer service without call getting disconnected continuously.
