Awful company
They are terrible, horrible customer service.
minus one star for a total of zero stars, price gouging garbage can of a company. Quadruples charges for 2 months, double charges for bills and then offers zero assistance or explanation. It's Pay us or we'll disconnect you. Well, I guess it's time someone disconnected them.
I get put on hold on one line just to get redirected to a different line cause "that's another department" only to then get redirected to the first line cause it actually is their problem to deal with!
