If I could leave a zero I would. First there billing department is a joke. They will wait 3 months then bill you for all 3 months. They will bill you whatever they want then later adjust it and bill you more. They will say they didn't get payment and they definitely did. How long do we have to suffer under nysegs bad buisness strategies. Not like I can go somewhere else. Your monopoly has us in lockdown. I am one person and my gas and electric is 360??? Are you serious ? It was that much when 5 people were living with me .
I got a call to upgrade my meter to the smart meter. Interesting it is, that I had a digital smart meter already for my unit. Seems before I moved in, over a year ago, they had to replace my meter. Mine was the only New digital meter. While the others had the old analog meters. I spoke to them. Stating that my meter was replaced already. They agreed.
