Overall a good place to workout. Pool is clean, locker rooms are well maintained, staff is nice, but the time it takes to repair broken equipment is atrocious! Almost a month to repair a machine is unacceptable. Also a few treadmills have been broken for months. Get it together. It looks really bad for your potential new members and current members do not like it!
It has changed from when I first went there , they have a new head trainer which I don't care for any way . If you work out with someone the head trainer think you are paying that person to train you . He is very jealous of it . The original trainers who first started there were great they talk to you tell how to use the machines . I went to cancel my membership and was charged a fee and turns out they also charged me a following month. Never did they tell me I had to notify them 46 days before cancelling. Also while speaking to a representative I asked to speak to the manager and was nowhere to be found but turned out he was listening to the conversation the whole time. And lastly I introduced 3 family members and never got any type of credit for it.
I always enjoy my workout at NYSC in Garnerville. The instructors are great and always helpful.
I have found that people working out and bigger than my stature are so helpful for me....and the advice costs nothing
