I like the classes, especially Body Pump!. But why do you not supply towels. All other NYSC have towels.
If you join New York Sports Clubs, you will pay what you might consider a fair monthly fee. Then each year they raise it by $10...they will not tell you this, since they want to get you into the fold. They are an unscrupulous business who only cares about their bottom line...at the expense of the average person (does this sound familiar these days)? They might not have the bells & whistles, but opt for a $20 all-club membership for Planet Fitness.
Amazing club with incredibly friendly staff and members!
When I was able to go to this club the machines were broken. The staff is always very friendly I had no problem with them. I recently tried to cancel my membership as I have a very serious medical condition and lost my job and I’m having to move out of state with family because of the illness. They want you to come in to see the manager but when you go in the managers not there this is the third time I’ve been in and told the managers not always here. Was asked “Don’t you want you pre-baby body back?” when I wanted to cancel and would not accept a freeze, or a decreased monthly payment instead of cancellation. Nothing better then shaming a mother!
