Facility is run down and poorly managed. I tried to cancel my account in June and have been fighting with them for 8 months. They didn’t accept my phone cancellation. So I went in person and kept a copy of the signed cancelation form but they never processed it. I continue to fight with them as they are still billing me and I keep reminding them I CANCELED! I have never seen a more incompetent business.
I would not recommend this club to anyone. Trying to end my membership has been an ongoing battle. Now to find out the GM has been let go, so 3 months after the fact and the monthly charge continuing, my policy has ended along with a $10.00 cancellation fee. This is called customer service? I've spent more time on the phone following up on this. Do your job folks! Totally fed up.

I really enjoyed my switch to NYSC on Morris Ave in Springfield. The staff was very welcoming and helpful which made it easy to get signed up and get going right away. The membership packages are affordable and catered towards helping you get what you want out of your membership. There are also different types of classes offered to widen the possibilities. Overall the equipment is pretty new and in good shape with a wide selection to choose from!
It’s a great place to workout free to workout how ever you want.
This is the worst gym you could ever go to. They do not care about you only your money. The General Manager Joe is a joke- they say cancellations can only be done in person and by the GM- He is never there. They actually have you leave post it notes for him for when he gets back. They tell you things will be fine that a membership will be cancelled- My girlfriend actually went in to cancel hers and weeks later it's still active with an excuse that the computers were down.
