How are we being reimbursed at this time for losing half a month and what is the go forward plan?! Main company number is not accepting calls and this clubs number seems to be out of order. Terrible. I will be flagging any charges through my bank and I hope more people follow suit.

The thing I like the most are the patrons. The instructors are excellent also.
Signed up and cancelled a month later. It's a very small gym and I couldn't signup for courses using their app. To cancel, they had me write and sign a letter and mail it to them and it is now months later and I'm apparently still a member and the regional manager is not addressing my issue at all. No call backs. No emails. NOTHING.
