an obscene amount of people have complained about this club, myself being one of the many. The main and common complaint is that they won't let you cancel, the lie to you telling you its cancelled and then continue to charge your credit card.....they lie when they say the account is frozen, when they continue to charge you full fee each month, they lie when they are cornered and criticized for doing so, as well as being rude, belligerent and indifferent. I think I’m over you. Broken machines, no working TVs for over two weeks. Why do we even bother paying membership fees if you don’t fix things.
At least 5 machines are broken every time I walk in. Not one machines TV has worked since I’ve been coming here (5 years), and the locker rooms are often a mess. Today was the very last straw that on the last week of June the air conditioner wasn’t turned on and it’s so dang hot and sweaty in here and there’s one fan blowing. I’m so fed up with this horrible place.
During the week the New York Sports Club needs to open earlier 5 am , I am not the only person who feels this way.
I like NYSC IN MAMARONECK even it s not so new so elegant doesn t matter the style but the important thing is how you feel when you do gym, how are the people! Before I went to another more ELEGANT GYM BUT I can t compare the two gym I feel more comfortable and I’m working more and more professional with this trainer LEONARD! THANK YOU LEONARD TO WORK SO MUCH WITH ME!
