Very clean facility, extra friendly staff, I never that the place is crowded. Plus they have a shake bar.
The customer service that I received made me hate this gym and the brand it represents. This is by far the worst service that I have been provided by management. I have cancelled my membership twice and am still seeing charges on my card. The manager(s) are absolutely incompetent and never call you back. They’re never there or available to speak to you unless you show up in person and wait. This place has been stealing my money for months now. I would not advise that anyone join.
Worst gym ever i have been trying to cancel membership for more then 3 months went there 5 times and the excuse is that the almighty manager is never there ...but they very good and fast with charging your credit card with different fees each month
Could you make it harder to quit? Customer service never available and managers don’t work weekend? Bullshit
Cancelled membership in Dec,they have billed me in Jan and Feb
