Hot water!!! No hot water to shower. In this kinda of weather ppl will get sick. Get that fixed. And the carpet was really wet in the locker room. Trying to dry it with fans didn’t help at all. Just made ppl got colder when they got out of colder water showers.
Worst gym,in nyc...very "SKETCHY" BEHAVIOR BY ACTING MANAGER,,,AND STAFF IN THE OFFICE... CREEPY BEHAVIOR...I WAS GOING TO JOIN BUT A MEMBER TOLD ME THEY OVER HEARD STAFF TALKING DOWN ON GYM MEMBERS...SMH...VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL. i waited 20 minutes just to speak to someone about membershio prices.absolutely rude.staff was too busy eating mcdonalds,and drinking pepsi.
Do yourself a favor: before joining take a few minutes to google reviews re: payments and cancellation. Buyer beware.
Trashy gym. Locker rooms are always dirty. Half the lockers don't work or are broken. At least 1 or 2 showers don't work or overflow. Terrible management. Save your money and go to Crunch or blink nearby!
Nice gym. Ample equipment and not terribly busy. Good location and convenient to both Chelsea and Flatiron District.
