If you're thinking about joining New York Sports Club, don't. I joined because their Black Friday deal promised "pay nothing till February." Then I realized that they were going to charge me $100 annual fee in December so I cancelled my membership. I never received any notification that there was an issue with my cancellation until $145 charge showed up in my bank account. I've called about 4 times, stopped by in person and they just keep telling the manager will call me back and she never does. Then they charged me another ... read more
