This gym is awful. Equipment is always broken. Air conditioning doesn’t work. It’s dirty and corporate doesn’t care about customer complaints. There are some great personal trainers here, but take your money somewhere else.
1. The place is dirty, dingy and dark-ish even though it's well lit. 2. One of the trainers called me an a**hole and made fun of me for not being muscular like him (he shut up when I called him emotional) 3. It cost me $140 to cancel and leave this hell hole (some 45 day grace period which translates to two months of dues, a $10 cancellation charge, AND get this... because I cancelled and the annual renewal fee fell within that 45 day grace period, I had to pay it. This facility sucks, dirty, stinky, no towels, never a manager in always OUT OF ORDER. What I fool I was for overpaying for this gym membership for years until the reduced the cost by almost 2/3 (from $70 to $25) because Planet Fitness came to the neighborhood. DO NOT JOIN HERE!! Avery is a good trainer though.

It’s a good gym but he could use a paint job and some new Equipment
They keep over billing me 10$ more last month. 25 $ more this month! I need my money back! 👀
I love my personal training Avery -- he is tough and challenging without being harsh! However, the space itself is disappointing -- unless I am working out with him I chose to go to other locations to work out on my own --- the ladies locker room is disgusting with broken lockers and half the time many of the showers are out of order. The air conditioning in the summer is spotty -- it is either freezing or totally not working. The space needs a complete overhaul.
